This is not really my music. I'm a country-western kinda gal, but I was intrigued after reading a brief bit on a new album out called The Hi-Hop Violinist and had to check it out online. I'm currently listening to a song called something about sunshine and I kinda like it. Different, very different to the fiddles I'm used to hearing, but interesting.
Look at me. I'm growing.

I thought it was odd and not really enough violin to do a whole album. I probably wouldn't have known it was violin in some of those songs if I didn't know it before hand.
I couldn't get any of it to play...but, if it makes people interested in music or instruments...who cares how much violin is in it?
Umm, the point is that it's HER CD and she's a violinist so there should be LOTS of violin, ya know. It's like Barry Manilow or Billy Joel having no piano on a CD.
