I'm back
I'm back from my mini-vacation. I dropped Shari off at the airport this afternoon and headed back to work. Still no word on my thesis. ARGH! I'm pooped. We had massages before the airport and they rocked! I'm ready to go home, put away some dishes and go to bed, I think. Lots of fun! I hvae not enough brain power to write anything more.

Indeed, in fact, my perfume this morning is a sample from my new subscription to Latina magazine and is called, are you ready for this one, Princesa. I really like it, too!

I had a bunch of frequent flier miles but not enough to get a free flight. They were going to expire so I got Time and Latina and donated the rest of the miles to the United Negro College Fund. It's a good mag and I'm interested in learning more about the Latina culture. Fun. I'm bringing it hoem at Christmas for you and Ang to peruse
When Amberly lived with me, she made me read her People magazine (in Spanish) for practice...as well as told any friends that came over to only speak to me in Spanish. Didn't help. I'm still very non-fluent.
