There's No Place Like Home: What?

This is what my friends and I saw as we drove home Easter Sunday from NW Iowa. I'm not sure what it means really. Any suggestions?

It made me wonder if this is some sort of evangelistic tool and how? What are they hoping to accomplish? Does this car really look like this all the time? Good for the driaver if so that they are not ashamed of Jesus, think of the conversations that must bring about. However, with that sort of advertising it is even more important to keep all of the traffic laws. I have a bit too much road rage to drive that car, or perhaps if I was driving it, my road rage would be tamed?
