St Paul has this great tradition of the Festival of Nations. We went. We ate. We shopped. We watched awesome traditional dancing and costumes. We had a blast!

It's all about the food! More about the food please!
Gosh, we had a couple of different kinds of eggrolls, some fabo warm, melty cheese served over a kind of french bread that was AMAZING! We had Philipine noodles and something else from that booth. I didn't think it was very flavorful, but I'd eaten several things by then. Gosh, what else did we eat? hmmm, there was more, I know, I just can't remember.
The Chinese place here in town has the best eggrolls I've ever had. Seriously. I love them.
